Grilled Baby Back Ribs with Mustard Sauce

Cooking with Euro Alfresco

  • 1/3 cup brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup vinegar

  • 1/4 cup mustard

  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 2kg pork spareribs, or pork lion ribs, cut into pieces

METHOD

Step 1
Prepare your Euro BBQ grill, adjust heat for indirect cooking

Step 2
For the sauce, in a saucepan combine brown sugar, onion, vinegar, mustard, celery seed and garlic powder. Bring to boiling, stirring till sugar dissolves

Step 3
Place ribs on Euro BBQ grill rack over medium heat. Cover and grill for 1.5 hours or till ribs are tender and no pink remains

Step 4
Brush occasionally with sauce in the last 15 minutes of grilling, serve with your favourite sides/veggies and enjoy!
