Maple Barbecued Chicken
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in half lengthwise
1 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce, divided
8 to 10 6-inch flour tortillas
4 pineapple rings - cut into half lengthwise or 1 diced
Cabbage slaw
INGREDIENTS
METHOD
Step 1
Preheat Euro BBQ Grill to medium heat.
Step 2
In a large Ziploc bag, combine chicken and teriyaki sauce, press and ensure all excess air is out, seal and let chill for a minimum of 30 minutes (overnight is recommended).
Step 3
Place chicken on the grill over medium heat and cook for 7 minutes, ensuring each side is cook through.
Step 5
Cabbage Slaw
In a mixing bowl, combine honey, sour cream, salt, pepper and siracha together. Add in shredded cabbage, red onion, cucumber and cilantro and toss until evenly coated and set aside.
Serve with your favourite side of vegetables and enjoy!
